Bought 3 months premium for 9,99

Bought 3 months premium for 9,99

I just bought the Spotify Premium offer, 3 months for 9,99 but when i received my payment confirmation it stated that i purchased just for 1 month.. how is this possible?

Hey @Frequins, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

The 3 months of premium actually only costs $0.99, so you might have misread the offer and accidentally purchased a regular subscription ($9.99/month).


If you would like to contact Spotify support, they may be able to help you sort out your payment issue. If the above link tries to direct you to a guide, simply click "I Still Need Help" to be taken to a contact form. If you get an email directing you back to the Community, reply to this email (even if it is a no-reply!) and Spotify support will contact you shortly.
