Bought a $30 gift card...says it has already been used

Bought a $30 gift card...says it has already been used

In February I bought a Spotify gift card for $30 from a Target store. Today, I scratched off the code cover and tried to redeem the card, but I received a message that the card had already been used.

What are the next steps I need to take?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this, don't worry they will be able to get it sorted for you!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
