Bought month of premium, unsubscribed, lost premium access

Bought month of premium, unsubscribed, lost premium access

I bought a month of premium and then unsubscribed because I don't like to get charged every month. I have done this before without a problem, but this time I had premium access for about a minute or two and then just lost it. This happened even though it told me that my premium would last until the end of my subscription period.
