Bought premium, it disappeared

I just bought premium with an E-Card, first it didnt work on my iPhone, now it doesnt work anywhere, it says im running on spotify free, really need help !!!!!!!!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure your account has been successfully credited?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

How long have you had it for? If it was a $10 card then it only lasts for a month.
