I have created a Spotify account back in 2014. Never used it. But TWICE now I had to cnacel my debit card on account of fraudulent chrges from Spotify. I dont have a second account. How could I even be charged 3 times when I get 2 new cards in the past year and half!?

 

So this month, after cancelling my debit card with the bank, I got a new one in the mail. never logged onto to spotify. yet I'm still being charged by your company. And I see so many others with the same problem. I might have to cancel my bank account just becuase of your company.

 

Why is there no number to call and speak to a representative?

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.

 

I was charged for a plan I don't have,  that I canceled last month. I want a refund.
