Button not working

Okay, I have seen a lot of people asking how to add a picture onto their profile however I already did that (with the wrong photo) and I tried to click the "change" button on it, absolutely nothing happened so

I'll list the things I have already tried 

(desktop) Restarting the application

Uninstalling and re-installing 

Signing out & back in 

All of these things have been tried at least 3 times if not more so I am very frustated and just want to remove the picture. Thanks

I have already changed my pictures , but since 2 days , it's impossible 😕 I noticed at the same time, that the interface had changed, this to can be a link ?
