Today i saw that if i buyed spotify premium i would get 2 months for free, but when i buyed it i dont get them. Anyone?

How did you buy it and have you ever subscribed before?

The promotion is not valid for any customers who have taken a 30/60 day premium trial before, or if you have ever had an active subscription (so "new" customers only). The offer is also not available when paying with gift cards, all of which is outlined in the terms of the offer.

Hmm, cant remember i had an trial at my account.

I paid my subscription now via the spotify website.

If you think you should have got the offer, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be happy to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
