I have the below message on my account page but when I try to up grade I am told I do not qualify, why? I am a free member never had premium before. Why don't I qualify if it's posted on my accounts pageGet 3 months of Premium for only $0.99

hmm. thats strange

Yeah I have gotten the same thing, rather dissappointed by this.

 

I'm seeing the same thing. I just wrote to customer support about the issue and will report what I learn.

I went to upgrade thinking it was .99 as per ad for 3 months and it charged me 9.99 which is incorrect. How do I fix it?

@dougwpg204 @Matt_p - I would suggest you both get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can check this out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
