Can i pay with the same card another premium count? a promotional Premium count

I try to get a promotional count for my GF, in this case 3 months for 1$ .. and i pay for it with my CC. A have used this promo in the past. I dont know why, but Spotify have discount to me, and dont get the premium count.. I try it again, and again discount me 1$ more, and again i dont get the premium promo, i dont know what happens, and i dont know where i can submit my claim and get my money back.. Please anyone can help me?

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

Yes i understand... But.. i cant get the promo? in another count.. with the same card.. I do not understand why I can not get the promotion, if I am paying for another person in another independent Spotify account.

Because you cannot claim more than one offer using the same payment method.
