Can log in on phone but not on computer?

My account is the main one set up on our PC. I've logged out and have tried to log in with my wife's log in so that she can set up playlists. She can log in to spotify using facebook on her phone but when I enter her email address to retrieve her password on the PC on one screen it says email not available, on another it says no current account linked to this email address. If I log in using facebook on my computer it keeps defaulting to my account. Help?

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community for help.

If your wife's account was created with Facebook, you won't be able to reset the password from our web page.

She'd need to log in with her Facebook details so you'd have to log out from Facebook on your browser first. Then, once you're prompted for the information, you'd need to type her details.
