Can not cancel my subscription

Can not cancel my subscription

Hello,

 

I´ve got a Telekom contract since september 2013 with one year free spotify premium but I have premium since 2012. I want to cancel my subscription right now so that I can use the telekom offer but I can`t. There is no button for this just the text "If you want to cancel your subscription please contact your bank". So where is the matter to contact my bank?

 

So please give me a conclusion for that.

How do you pay for your current subscription? If it is via a direct debit payment you would need to cancel that with your bank rather than Spotify.

At first I want to thank you for the quick answere!

 

So...yes I pay via a direct debit payment. And now as you say it, I am pretty sure I already cancelled my subscription months ago (there was a button) but I was pretty busy the last quarter of the year and  I forgot it. Now I am more confused why things are how there are right now?! I´m still in a contract although I´ve already cancelled it....but anyhow....so I called my bank already and they said I can reclaim my money but I have to be sure that I am in the right. If not spotify could dispute it and it would be more expansive for me obviously. I am not sure if I got any confirmation email and it could be automatically deleted. But you are still saying I reclaim my money and thats it? Next months I won´t pay for it?

I don't work for Spotify, I would suggest since refunds etc might be involved here you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
