Can not upgrade to Premium

Hi,

i was ust trying to upgrade to a premium account by using paypal or creditcard.

Both payments were rejected. But they should be both fine. Never had any problems.

I already did and got an answer. As I was going through the suggestions I found that the country in my profile settings was set to Great Britain. I registered to Spotify at work where I have an IP from UK but I reside in Germany. All kinds of payments were rejected than.
