Can't Find Account (May Have Been Deleted and Re-created)

Hi there,
I used to have a Spotify account connected to my Spark NZ mobile plan which gives me Spotify Premium, and this was working fine from middle of 2015 to early Dec 2016.
But since getting a new phone (still on the same number/plan) last month, I have lost access to my old account. When I try to add Spark NZ's Spotify Premium to my new account (which I created last month), it says Spotify Premium on my number is already connected to another account.
Is there a way to find out what happened to my original account by providing details like my date of birth, phone number, email addresses, and Playlist names perhaps?
I have already tried all my email addresses and any usernames I can think of in the Reset Password page, but had no luck.
