Can't Login, nor reset password, not sign up

Can't Login, nor reset password, not sign up

My wife cannot login to her spotify account. She cancelled/deleted her Facebook account a few months ago. Originally, her account was tied to her Facebook account. Once FB permanently deleted the account, she was no longer able to get back into Spotify. We've attempted a password reset, but get an error that her account is tied to FB and that she should go to FB to reset THAT password. So, we tried to simply sign up with her email address, but we get an error message that the email is already in use (because it was the same as her FB account). So, we've tried every avenue, but they're all blocked. We've contacted Spotify directly, twice now, but haven't gotten any response. Here's the latest case # in case someone can help

Could you reply directly to the automated email with the case number in it (even if it is from a no-reply address)? That will ensure your case reaches an adviser who will be in touch within 24 hours normally.
