Can't Renew Student discount - says I'm not eligible

I've just renewed my NUS Extra Card but can't apply the discount to my account, I get an error saying I'm not eligible.

 

I've read through the forum and checked the following:

 

I've cancelled my subscription(although it is still active for another 28 days or so) but still get the message.

I've checked my account is set to country code UK

My postcode is correct.

 

Can anyone help please?

Hey there @wolfylee, welcome to the community!

 

Since you currently have an active subscription, you need to wait until your account reverts back to 'Spotify Free' before applying the student discount. It's a little tricky. Sorry for the inconvenience! If there is anything else you need help with, let me know! 🙂
