Can't cancel my subscription...

Hi,

I tried to cancel my subscription, but it says: "wrong password" although I can login with that same password.

Do you have any ideas?

edit: it seems that spotify changed the subscription cancellation. If your account is connected to facebook you get redirected to facebook now (before you had to enter your facebook password, which didn't work)

Couple of things you should try first of all -

* Log out of Facebook on your browser, and then try the cancellation process again
* Failing that, try using a different browser - Google Chrome, Firefox, so on.
