Can't cancel subscription

Hi, I have a problem cancelling my subscription to Spotify Premium.

I am using my first free 30 days and I want to cancel my subscription before the free period finishes. Spotify tells me I am now using Spotify Free, but my credit card number is still appearing there and it also says how many days I have been enjoying the free period until now, so it looks like I will get charged when those 30 days end.

Can someone please help me????? Thanks!!!

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to make sure it is cancelled for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello. The only problem with this is the contact form will only let me select option 1, but then option 2,3, and the block to write down my question is grey and will not let me enter anything. My subscription shows that I am on a free trial. However, I have been getting charged $9.99 for a while now. I need to get this cancelled and a refund issued please.
