Can't change country in Premium Account

Although a premium family member I can't change my country location. I am based in Austria, which is acknowledged by the system but the country given in my account is Germany and is not allowed to change. Due to this fact the invitation of my family members seems not to work properly. I need urgent help.

You should be able to change your account country in your Account Settings to Austria from Germany here.

Sorry Tim,
That’s were I tried several times but the Option to Change Country is disabled.
Any other suggestions?
