Can't change country in my profile

I can't log in because I get the "can't use Spotify abroad for more than 14 days" message. And when I try to change the country in my profile from USA to my current country it does not give any other options than USA.

That is releated to the IP address on that PC. Try in a different and you'll see the right option. That happened to me too.
