Can't change country

Hey! I need to update my payment info for my premium but I need to change country from sweden to USA to do so, since I have an american debit card. But I can't change country, it wont let me! even though I am in america. Help pleaseee

Hello @majalivhed

In order to change country while on Premium you need to update your payment details. The process goes like this:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
  3. Click UPDATE.
  4. Enter your payment details. Make sure this is one that was issued in your new country. You’ll then be prompted to change your account’s country settings. 
  5. Your settings will change to the new country from your next billing date.

Hey, I am having the same issue and I was wondering if you managed to get it to work? I updated my payment with my USA card and it didn't prompt me to change country it jsut said zip is not correct for selected country.
