Can't change my country and so i can't log in

Hi,
I installed spotify when in switserland, now back home in belgium i can't log in on the app.
When i go to the website i can log in. I tried accessing my profile to change it and that was all working. The country box said switserland. I ticked off belgium instaid but when i wanted to confirm with my password it said that there's allready an account under that email adres.
Can some one help me! I also mailed to spotify but they didn't answer..
