Can't change my country from UK to NZ

Hey I'm trying to update my payment details to my NZ card (I have moved back to NZ from UK) but when I try it says it doesnt match my country and I need to update it. So then I try to change my country to NZ but it wont let me, its greyed out and stuck on UK?

Hey @christinalaura,

have you tried to change your country like this:

1. If you got a premium account visit your subscription page at this link.
2. Click update
3. Click ...
4. Then click Change Country and enter your payment method with a billing address.
5. Then click change payment details.
6. Now your country should have changed
