Can't change password

Someone seems to be using my Spotify account, however I am unable to reset my password as it is through Facebook. I have reset my Facebook password but even so, my login to Spotify is different than that of Facebook. I don't understand how or why. I just want to change my password.

My subscription just renewed today and I would be very happy if this could be resolved without needing to create a new Spotify account.

I am aware of another user since nearly every other day, a bunch a Spanish music is added to my 'songs' playlist. It was comical at first, but now it is mildly frustrating. Especially when they switch playback to their iphone and change my music while I'm listening to it.

Hey @mdevillebichot! Welcome to the Community.

We suggest you change your Facebook password once again, just to be on the safe side. Once you've done that, go here and click on the "Sign out everywhere" button". That should close the active sessions from all devices currently logged in your account.
