Can't connect on my android phone

Hi i have been having an issue where if i log of my android phone app well in offline mode it won't let me connect it just keeps telling me i need to go online to connect but i can't connect online if i can't get into the app to connect to online. only way i been able to reconect is to uninstal then reinstale thats bull**bleep** any way to fix this from happening
