Can't connect to HULU

I got this email saying that with my student premium account, I now get HULU for free. HULU has confirmed this, but when I try to access HULU through my spotify account Hulu says my student account can not be verified. I need to contact Spotify. Of course, there is no phone number for customer service, so I'm trying this. Can anyone tell me how I can get this done?
