Can't connect to a speaker because of a special character in my username

Can't connect to a speaker because of a special character in my username

We have a couple BlueSound speakers and they all work fine with all our devices and accounts, except for one of our accounts which has a Polish symbol in its username ("basiaś"). We've spent months investigating the issue, contacted BlueSound, visited their store with the phones and speakers. We removed all variables except for this one - the Polish letter in the username - and we think that's what's causing an issue in the speaker's software. Everything works fine on the same phone using a different account and it doesn't work on different phones using that account. I will contact BlueSound about this issue too, but in the meantime we really need the account identifier to be changed, which isn't possible in account settings.

Device

Samsung S21 FE is the main device used by the account holder but as I said the problem isn't tied to the device itself. The speakers are BlueSound PulseFlex, Vault, and PowerNode2
