Can't end subscription because forgotten password

So for my moms birthday I got her Spotify Premium. I was gonna let the subscription run for 3 months and that was in august. Now I've paid it since august since she forgot her login information and we haven't found a way to end it since she neither remember the email or the password.

I know that it's this account that is my moms: 1139160936

But that doesn't help me much. The card that is paying for the premium is the same one that is paying for mine, but I still don't know what I can do to end the subscription.

If you have a number username, you use Facebook to login.

Ask your mum to login with her facebook account 🙂

The thing is, she just made it when she made spotify. She never use facebook, the only point of that account was to be able to have spotify 😕

As this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this and end your subscription after verifying a few security details.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
