Stuck in the offline mode :(

Hi! I've been stuck in offline mode for many months. I found out it was my firewall, fixed that, but still in offline mode. I've reinstalled it. Logged on and off SEVERAL times. Still in offline mode. Checked on and off at the offline mode from the menu, still in offline mode. I'm online on my phone, but on my Mac I'm offline. I can't search for music, besides what is already on the offline lists, or from my local disk. 

What's going on? How can this be undone, or when will you fix this?

Getting frustrated.

Didn't find anything that matched my problem. I will also add that when I search on my cellphone it searches for the artist and find them, but not on my spotify on mac. 😞

I didn't find:

• ~/Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client
• ~/Library/Application Support/Spotify

on my mac, so I won't be able to try and reinstall spotify either.. 

Can you help or not? 

I can't get out of offline mode, do something , cause I'm paying for it.. and I don't won't to be paying for "nothing"!

Those folders might be hidden:

If you are running the latest Mac operating system (Lion) you will have noticed that the "Library" folder is now hidden. In Finder, click 'Go', at the top of your screen. Then press the 'alt' button on your keyboard, and the library appears as a folder that you then can click to open.

I finally managed to get my Spotify in order, and then after only 45 min, it clicked again.. It went from being online, to go into offline modus, and I couldn't listen to any songs anymore.

Why did it do that.. get it fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or tell me what I'm doing wrong.. I actually didn't do anything when it happend, I listened to music, and it just stopped! 😞

I have premium and everything.. I use mac. 

And what the hell is up with that spell check **bleep**???

And why is it working on my android phone, but not on my Mac????

Are you getting any error messages or codes when this happens?

Sometimes error code 117 pops up, but when it actually happens it just happens without any warning. It just happens! 😞

This time around I checked off the offline mode, and it got stuck there, I can't turn it off, other times it has just into offline mode by itself!

It sounds like you might be having a few connection issues, try the connection troubleshooting steps see if anything helps you.
