Can't find a way to cancel Premium!

I am currently being charged 9.99 each month.

When I log in to Spotify, it shows that I currently have a free spotify subscription, so there is no option to cancel premium.

Please help!  I e-mailed Spotify, they replied with a generic response, not sure my request was read.  I have been unable to find a phone number and it has now been 6 months.  I have 6 months of charges and still no way of cancelling.

Could you let me know the last time you was charged? You can find out here: Receipts page. Also, the charges that you mention -  can you let me know if you have email confirmation from Spotify of these charges. And if so when the last date was for this? You may need to check your junk/spam folder in case any have got through there.
