Can't find my account

Can't find my account

When upgrading my Iphone I got automatically loged out from my premium account on Spotify. Now I dont remember what e-mail I used. All e-mails I've tried doesn't work. I'm still paying for the account so what should I do? Anyone I can contact?

Don't worry, you can get in touch with a member of the stuff so that they can take a look behind the scenes 🙂 Just send them a tweet or DM @SpotifyCares on Twitter and you should get back to your tunes in no time.

Hi, I was a premium member then switched to Vodafone offer which was part of my Vodafone plan.

I'm not happy with Vodafone offer because all the time I had it in never got to use it.
I want to go back to Spotify Premium. Please help me restore my Spotify Premium Account or alow me to subscribe again as premium member.

@user-removed Not sounding old at all! Usually more users are pretty well versed in the Twitter-world, so I forgot to add the plain contact form 🙂 This is the anonymous form though so you'll need to be logged off your Spotify account, even the community, so that you can type the email you want to receive a reply to. Remember to add all relevant information so that support knows about which account you need help with. Also, if you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, please reply to it, even if it's a no-reply!

 

Support usually gets back within 48 hours.

Hey there @dalalgalaal and welcome to the community!

 

It sounds like you may need to get in touch with Vodafone to cancel your plan with them. However, if the plan was to have Spotify Premium it should work the same way as when you had a subscription directly though Spotify. If it doesn't work properly (for example, you still see ads), or if it doesn't show up as Premium in your account page after you joined Vadafone's plan, I'd suggest you contact Vodafone's support so that they can check what's going on on their end.
