Can't get premium

Hello. I had 1 TL for 3 months premium till today and today i bought a spotify 1 month premium and internet receipt from vodafone. I had my receipt accepted from vodafone and I used my 500 mb too but i can't apply premium to my account.when i open link from vodafone message and try to log in my account it says an error occured.

Just to make sure, are you able to log in to your account at all? Is this just happening when you try to apply the Premium time?
