Can't log in Samsung smart TV app

Hello there,

when I start the application on my TV there are two ways to log in. I can't log in via android app on my phone cause I can't see the device. After that I have tried my facebook username, password, e-mail, generate the password via facebook for the spotify app... tried also generate device password, but everytime I click on that link in email Oh no page appears... What can I do now? Thanks for replys...

That doesn't nice.

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?

Tried chrome and IE both chache and cookies deleted, still the oh no page.... 😕

Try to set the password, get the error message (There was a problem setting your password), ignore it and then log in using the device ID and password. ^^

Tried... can't login with device ID... Getting bad username or password... 😕

We have the same problem. Both my wife and I have tried everything. Very frustrating. Any suggestions other than those below?
