Can't log in after trying to log in abroad

Hello all,

Please I need some help here. I have been in Thailand for a month and tried to log in there but didn't work, Now I am back home and when I try to log in, I get a message stating that I can't use it for more than 14 days abroad, but I am not abroad anymore... I have checked my profile in Spotify and the country entered is Spain. So please could you shine some light here??? Many thanks!

Try re-installing the app?
