Can't log in on mobile nor the windows app

Can't log in on mobile nor the windows app

I've just changed the password of my account and now won´t allow me to log in on the mobile nor the pc app, buen when I try to log in on the internet browser it logs in, so i don't know what to do 'cuz i dont want to log in using facebook.

We'll make sure you're able to access your account from all devices in no time. Let’s start off with some basic troubleshooting:

 

  • Check that you have an active internet connection.
  • Make sure you’re on the right login screen:
    If you made your account with a username and password, enter those and tap Log In. Make sure you’re not entering your email address in the username field. 

You can also try closing and reopening the app as well as restarting the device you’re using Spotify on.
