Can't log in to account

Can't log in to account

I paid $0.99 for the free 2 months of premium spotify. I received the email with the password for my initial log in. I put in my info along with the password. It never went through because my phone lost wi-if connection. I restarted the phone and when I tried to log in it said "this email address is already in use". I've tried using the password in the email and it says "password and/or email incorrect. A month of my free trial is almost up because of this issue. My email is BrownMecca@hotmail.com. I hope someone can resolve this matter.

It sounds like you're trying to sign up instead of logging in. Make sure you're on the log in page and try again.

 

You can also try logging in from a different device to see if it helps. If it doesn't, try resetting your password here to see if it makes a difference.
