Can't log in to my account

I accidentally deleted the spotify app so I downloaded it again but when I went to login it wouldn't let me. Is there any way I can get my account back or is it gone forever? I'm only on free not paid. Also I tried to reset my password if that was the problem but I never got the email. So I made a new account is there anyway I can get my playlists from my old account onto this account? I'm sorry for all the questions I just hope there's a way to fix everything 🙂

I also had problems logging into my account. 

Are you able to recover your first account using the reset password functionality? You need to use your account name & not your email as the login details (this is one of the mistakes that I made). I also experienced the signup form to sometimes show an incorrect message, but got around this by entering the correct information 1st time (correct username + password) & then it would log me in.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can do this for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
