Student Discount Unavailable

Hi there,

I tried last week to upgrade to premium with student discount but it said it was currently unavailable so I presumed that it wasn't working at that particular time. I've just tried again just now and am still getting the same message. I can upgrade and it says for safety please enter your password to confirm. When I do this is tells me student discount is currently unavailable.

Any idea why and how I can solve this to upgrade?

Is it possible to try a different brower just to rule that out as being the issue? 

After that if you are still having issues, I would suggest you get in touch with the support guys which you can do via Twitter: @SpotifyCares or via email using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you up and running. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
