Hi all, I have some problems logging in Spotify.
I signed up with my email (not through Facebook) and I'm using Spotify on my phone. I'm trying to log in on my iPad but I can't. It's the right email and password, but it says I can't because I already have an account with that email (which it's true). It seems there's a mix-up between the login and sign up buttons.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I already tried resetting the password and downloading the app again, and it didn't work.

Your email address is not your username. If you don't know what your username is, you can look it up at https://spotify.com/account.

There is currently a bug with the login button. Instead of pressing the login button after entering username and password, try pressing the enter key on your keyboard.
I have the same problem on my desktop. I can login on my account, but login on the app (with emailadress and username) does not work. It seems the green button is not working. The cursor doesn't change.
I have reset the password two times, but the problem is still there.
