I am unable to log in to my account from my phone and desktop. It briefly goes to my music page and then jumps back to the log in screen with error message "User name or password is incorrect- error code 3" I've had the same account for a while, and it's always worked everywhere until last week. I cannot reset my password because my old email address is listed, which I no longer have access to. I discovered this after I requested a password reset in attempt to fix the issue. Is there a way to update my info and gain access to my playlists? I may just give up at this point and create a new account with another company. It'd be so much easier if I could just speak with someone directly.
