Can't log on to my account to change card details

My payment card has expired so I would like to change my payment card detail. Unfortunately I cannot log into the account anymore (no error code as well) so I am currently stuck here so please help!

I moved your post over to Accounts & Subscriptions so it might get better focuse on your issue.

How did you create your Spotify account by using facebook or an email address?

If you used facebook to create the Spotify account, you might try and see if using the facebook login details gets you back into the account, or try attempting to use the lost password options on facebook to try and recover the account login that way?

If you used an email address to create the Spotify account, you can try and use the account recovery password option to be sent a new password?
