Can't login on Spotify's website

Hi, I have a problem that I can't login to my other devices or website, I know my password, but website or Spotify app can't log me in. I wanted to cancel my subscription because I don't want to waste that much money. I am logged on my phone with this account and I have locked card on this account, so if anyone knows how to log in or cancel my subscription on mobile app, I would be thankful. And also I made special email accout to this Spotify, but it is not detecting eachother (I mean account with email)

If you're getting any error message, a screenshot of it would be helpful. Also, we'd recommend resetting your password at https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ to log in with no issues.
