Can't login

I can't manage to login to the spotify app on my computer.  It keeps telling me that the country I'm in and the one on my account do not match.  I get that I moved. So I tried changing it but it does not give me any other options, only the same country I was in before.  I also tried to make annother account since I could not change country and no matter what I do, or how many different emails and usernames I choose I can not creat a new account.  I fill out everything and then it shows the loading/processing circle thing and that's it.
