Can't login

Everytime I try to login I get an error message saying "Login failed - You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days." I'm from the US, I currently live in the US, and my account is set for US. How do I fix this?

I'd be happy to help. Can you please provide the following?


1- Are you using any VPN app on your iPhone?

2- Turn off Wi-Fi. Wait for 10 seconds, then try logging in again. Do you get the same error?

I do not have a VPN on my phone. 


Shutting down the wifi for ten seconds did not work. 

Got it. Can you successfully log into your online account through web browser?

If you can successfully log in, please review your account info. Is the country correct?

I can log in and the country selected is correct. 

At this point, I suggest contacting support, since the issue needs admin access to troubleshoot:


When the link opens, choose LOGGING IN > I CAN'T LOG IN > then click the blue button saying I STILL NEED HELP.
