Can't make private playlist turn public on my profile

Hi, I have been researching but still can't manage to make some private playlists public and show them on my profile.

I can't find the option of turning my playlist public on my Android phone. When I click on editing the playlist ( on the three dots) the option dosnt appear.

If anyone knows how to show private playlists on your profile let me know.

It's not cool that this happens. If you created the playlist, the option should appear. There's more info about it here.
