Availability of music can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders, so it might just be the case that this isn't available yet in your country.

Just to double-check, could you ask a friend in the same country to try a) searching for it and b) playing it? If they aren't able to do either, then it's most likely for the above reason.

However, if your friend is able to play it, do you mind confirming the country which both your Spotify accounts are set to? We'll take a closer look.
