Can't play explicit songs

My Question or Issue

I have Family plan. I disabled explicit content for my kids. Now I want it back on. I enabled it but It is still blocked. I tried on all my devices, even on my Alexa. It just wont play explicit songs.

Hey! Could you please check in their accounts if the explicit content is turned off. 

You can do check it by going into the settings (Gear symbol) and check it.
