Can't play spotify in my car

since last week my spotify doesn't work on my car very disappointed.. It works with a cable (Ipod option and hasn't bluetooth).

The car's screen shows "No Songs", it happen in my car and my wife's car. My wife has a spotify in her phone and no problems at all. any help please?

Check to see if the bluetooth in your car doesn't for only spotify or all music apps. If that's not the case then I would just say get an aux coard.
