Can't reset my password

Can't reset my password

Last 2 weeks I wasn't able to login the app. Neither on my phone or by desktop app. I get Error code 3 so I tried to reset my password. Email with password recovery never arrived, I checked old emails and spam by there's nothing there.
I get this new account so I can post this topic but the original premium account I'm trying to recover it's "elvitricida".

 

Any help please???

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

 

In this case, we recommend to get in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this. It's really easy to contact them, you can do it via Twitter, Facebook or, email:

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
