Can't reset password or access account being charged

hello,

I'm unable to login to my Premium account which is still being charged monthly.  I tried logging in and resetting password but it never sends me an email.

I then created a new account with my facebook login, which uses my SAME personal email address. I am able to login into this account but of course it's a free account.

So I'm stuck with 2 accounts, both use my same email( or at least i believe they are) and I can see I'm being billed for my premium subscription. 

Nothing helps from the website, I need to contact someone via phone or chat, how can I do this?

You will need to contact spotify support to fix you account issues. Please go to this url

and fill out the contact form. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community boards reply back to that email, even if it is from a noreply and a customer support rep will get with you shortly.

I'm having the same issue. I can't get spotify to contact me to reset my password.

This is the ONLY way I have found to contact them, but to be honest I've gotten nothing back.

Did you reply back to that email, even if it was from a noreply? Replying back pushes your case into the system for a CS team member to get to it.
