Can't set a device password: 500 error.

I've been trying to utilize the "Set a Device Password" feature here: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/set-device-password/.  However, when I click on the button to send me a password I'm receiving a 500 error.

Hello there,

The best thing to do here is contact a customer advisor. To do so, scroll up and click on "About Us", then "contact form". They should be able to get a Device Password to you.
